Writer's Block

How quickly we forget! LiveJournal has a daily writer's block thought that one can respond to with a thought or full page, whatever,as it is your choice, and writer's block is something that happens to everyone no matter how verbose or thoughtful. When I was writing for the Institute, they actually called the blank sheet of paper on the typewriter the devil...fighting with a blank page trying to turn it into a creative piece of artwork.

So as someone just suggested somewhere else, just start writing.

Just as in doing exercises, one must stretch and pull before going into each separate workout session...so it may be true with the art of writing as well. One should stretch one's literary muscles and flex those muscles, breathing in deeply, and exhaling deeply. I spent the morning reading an ebook by Joe Fullam on a fantasy island kind of story about Henry VIII and his grandson Edward who are both heading back to England to use the famous King Arthur Sword Excalibur to spur dear Edward on into the court of Henry's famous daughter Queen Elizabeth I.

Did I like the book? With Henry teaching young Edward about other famous heroic characters of antiquity it was bit fun to hear him speak of Alexander and Julius Caesar in the same breath in the same chapter nearly...he gave Julius Caesar much more space than that of Alexander.

So on that note, I will begin with my first inquiry into times past and see how they will appear on this blog, not that I haven't almost milked these topics to death.

Kathleen and I went downtown Los Angeles to see Gina Cerminara speak about Edgar Cayce. Gina has written a book called Many Mansions and Kathleen and I are both interested in strange spiritual matters so thought it would be fun to listen to Gina at a gathering in Hollywood. It was a tiny small room but there was a sizeable turnout to hear this famous author who had written her own biography about the famous seer. He is famous worldwide for his medical advice given to many who had sought him out in his home while he theoretically visited a place in time called the Akashic records and there he was able to learn who the person querying him for information had been in terms of spiritual progress so that he could advise them properly on matters of health, or behaviour, or whatever.

She said something that always impressed me just before we left the building and that was not to believe everything that was being said out there in the world as much of it is mostly lies.

After that, Kathleen and I went to some group in a hotel downtown in L.A. where they were selling pamphlets, brochures, and had an informal gathering discussing reincarnation, and one of the things that they asked was if any movies had ever impacted or made an imprint upon any of us.

I had seen a lot of movies when I was young and one had indeed impressed me so much because it had a character in it as a girl who had "second sight", a study of a girl who could see into the future, and the crowd turned against her and she suffered a lot that way...I never forgot the movie but could not remember the title or the stars in it even. I had thought that it could have been Captain of Castile with Tyrone Power but I have never been able to verify that at all. I did try to find it one time but with no luck.

Personally, I do not think that most people want to think that they had been someone famous. I had remembered questions of who would you have wanted to have been and I have always thought that to be stupid and insane. I have always wanted to be just myself no matter what.

Why would you want to be anyone other than your own self if you stop and think about it?

But I had had strange things happen to me when I was a child that I still remember and one was in handwriting. When we were learning our letters in gradeschool in penmanship I had difficulty with the letter x.

I simply could not write it as we were instructed to do, you know with the little curvature and a line slashing through it..I had to write it always as two curves back to back, and it was so deeply engrained in me that I never forgot that. Later, I learned that that is the way that they wrote x's in the colonies, and even as far as earlier centuries in Europe. So the letter x always made an impact on me, even in algebra, solving the problem of x, I know that letter is still crucial to my understanding the truth about former lifetimes and their carryover into this lifetime.

I believe that there is inside me, and I cannot speak for anyone else, a strong powerful force that sometimes has a control over me. I have felt it happen just as it had happened in my childhood on more than one occasion in this lifetime.

(For the sake of forgetfulness , I will list two of them immediately as I am prone to forgetfulness. One was an incident at Caesar's palace when while walking in the front parking and garden area, I found myself walking in an overconfident but absolutely self-assured way that was not me at all, but this being from within had so taken me over that that being was exercising his way of walking through me, and for a while I could not control it at all, and just continued to walk like that, knowing that it was not me and trying to shake it off, wondering what the heck is happening now, and finally after about five to ten minutes walking from the sidewalk to the entrance it finally let go of me, and I went back to my normal own self's way of walking...I did not know who it was and as I was studying Louis XIV I attributed it to him, but finally decided later it had to have been Caesar...it was so like Caesar to be that way. The second time a force came through me was again with handwriting as I was penning a note to Mandy and I could feel the force from within make the letter for me...I knew it was Louis this time though and sure enough, when I compared his handwriting, that is who it had been.)
My contention at this point is that either spirits can be attracted to you and invade you, or that your own real self as that entity lies deep within and sometimes emerges and takes over. I am always debating this with myself as to which is which but for real, I know that these forces are so powerful that they can overtake your own independent will.

Well, to make a long story short, I who had never heard of Louis XIV found myself back in time reliving his life after I had put myself to sleep in a hypnotic state to learn who I had been if I had been anyone at all in a previous lifetime...

So for a few pages or so I will continue this story of my trip back into the time of the Grand Siecle where I learned of who the SunKing is and his importance to me today.
